How do I know how big a bag is?
Each bag lists its size in centimetres on the product page where available. Compare it with a bag you already own, or email us and we'll help you choose.
How long does delivery take?
Most orders arrive within 2–3 weeks. Shipping is free on orders over US$50 and tracked to most countries, and you can follow your parcel on our Track your order page.
What if something isn't right with my order?
If an item arrives damaged, faulty or not what you ordered, our refund or reship guarantee covers it. Email us your order number and a photo, and there's no need to send anything back.
Do I save if I buy more than one item?
Yes. Add any 2 items to save 10%, or 3 or more to save 15%. It's applied automatically at checkout.
