Shipping policy
Free tracked shipping on every order
Shipping is free on every order, worldwide, with no minimum spend. Every order is sent with tracking.
Processing and delivery times
- Orders are prepared and shipped within [3–7 business days].
- Most orders arrive within 2–3 weeks of ordering.
- Larger orders, remote areas, customs checks and busy periods (such as holidays and sales) can add a few days. If your order will be noticeably late, we'll email you.
Tracking
When your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number. Tracking can take up to 48 hours to show its first update. You can also check it any time on our Track your order page. If it still shows no information after 5 days, email support@luxedealers.com with your order number.
Where we ship
We ship to most countries. You can see prices in your own currency by choosing your country at the top of the site. [If there are countries you can't ship to, list them here, or delete this sentence.]
Customs, duties and taxes
Orders may be charged import duties or taxes by your country. Where these can be calculated, they're shown at checkout. Otherwise they're charged by your local customs or courier on delivery and are paid by the customer.
Address changes
Please check your address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us straight away. We can update it until your order ships.
Lost or late parcels
If your order hasn't arrived within the expected time, email us. Our refund or reship guarantee covers parcels that don't arrive. See our Refund policy for how to claim.
