What sizes do your shoes come in?

Our shoes are listed in EU sizes, mostly from 35 to 47, with a few styles smaller or larger. Check the size chart on each product page before ordering. If you're unsure, email us your usual size and we'll help you choose.

How long does delivery take?

Most orders arrive within 2–3 weeks. Shipping is free on orders over US$50 and tracked to most countries, and you can follow your parcel on our Track your order page.

What if something isn't right with my order?

If an item arrives damaged, faulty or not what you ordered, our refund or reship guarantee covers it. Email us your order number and a photo, and there's no need to send anything back.
